The room I initially stayed in had good wifi reception and was comfortable. the noise from the bar next door became unbearable. I went to reception and they quickly offered me a different room where the noise was less. Although the wifi reception wasn't as good in that room, the staff were very nice and helpful in addressing the issue.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were thevery comfy and tidy room with a cute balcony facing the square, friendly staff who helped us with an early breakfast to go, and a great location to meet other travelers and explore the city.

we couldn't sleep due to the noise and the scent coming from parties at the square which lasted until midnight. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the big room was clean with a small balcony facing the square.
The bathroom had no privacy due to the structure, which made it impossible to take a shower without disturbing the others in the room.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient for exploring the city. It was a short walk to the main attractions and close to public transportation. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival.
The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was very stressful. the noise level from outside was very disruptive at night and made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located close to the main square which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were kept very clean, and we appreciated the small balcony that came with it.
We experienced a few issues during our stay. The hot water and WiFi were not functioning as expected.
